      Loboche East, Gokio and Everest Base Camp Climb & Trek

Day 1: Group arrives in Kathmandu, are met by guide and transferred to hotel followed by expedition briefing, after which guide will be available to assist with hire/purchase of expedition equipment.
Day 2: Free day in Kathmandu with the option of guide assisted sight seeing tour of the city’s main attractions
Day 3: An early rise for our flight to Lukla followed by the start of our first day trekking up to the historic village of Namche Bazaar (3440m).
Day 4: Rest day in Namche with photo and sight seeing opportunities.
Day 5: 2nd acclimatisation day in Namche, hiking options include Sherpa museum, Buddhist Monastery and Everest View Hotel.
Day 6: Trek to Kangjuma (3620m) for lunch and then onto Mong La for magnificent views of Ama Dablam (6856m).
Day 7: We enter the Gokio Valley and trek to Dole (4050m).
Day 8: Winding our way up the beautiful Gokio Valley we settle for the night in Machermo (4465)
Day 9: Today we trek to the most spectacular destination on our expedition, the breath taking lakeside village of Gokio (4800m), where we will reside for 3 nights in the Cho Oyu view lodge run by Everest summiting Sherpa Ang Tsering.
Day 10/11: Stunning trekking and photo opportunities await us for our 2 rest and acclimatisation days in Gokio. Including ascents of Nameless Tower (5500m), Frost Bitten Fingers (5600m) and Gokio Ri (5360m) to experience incredible sunsets on Mt Everest (8848m) and crystal Lake views.
Day 12: Saying good bye to Gokio we trek across Ngozumba Glacier and make our way to Dzonglar, to rest for the night before crossing the Cho La Pass (5420m)
Day 13: Possibly the hardest day of trekking, rising early we begin a steep climb up to and over the Cho La making our way to Dughla.
Day 14: A late start and an easy days trekking to Loboche Village (4910m).
Day 15: Today we trek towards the end of the Kumbu Valley and Gorak Shep. After lunch, a short rest and depending on client’s health and stamina we ascend Kala Patar (5500m) for views of Mt Everst’s South West face.
Day 16: After breakfast we will trek to Everest Base Camp for views of the infamous Kumbu Ice Fall, after which we head back to Gorak Shep for lunch and rest. This afternoon we leave open for a second opportunity to ascend Kala Patar for those who didn’t make it on day 15.
Day 17: The day will commence with an early breakfast before heading back down the Kumbu Valley past Loboche to Dhugla where we will break for lunch. After lunch we continue our descent passing through the hamlet of Pheriche on route to our destination for this evening, ‘Orsho’ the tranquil lodge of Kami Nuru Sherpa
Day 18: This morning we will begin to notice the oxygen rich air as we wind our way down and along the Imaja Kosi (River) to visit the oldest Monastery in the Everest region located at Upper Pangboche. Leaving the Monastery we follow the valley down river with spectacular views of Ama Dablam as we pass through Tengboche monastery on route to Namche Bazaar for a few well earned beers in the pub.
Day 19: Return to Lukla and Kathmandu where we say good bye
Day 20/21:Here we allow 2 contingency days to be used during the trek in case of illness or bad weather.

Annapurna Sanctuary Trek

Day 1: Group arrives in Kathmandu, are met by guide and transferred to hotel, followed by expedition briefing after which guide will be available to assist with hire/ purchase of expedition equipment.
Day 2: Travel to Pokhara by bus where we will spend our second night. Book into our hotel and spend the afternoon sightseeing and relaxing.
Day 3: An early start to catch the tourist bus to Phedi where we begin our first day of trekking. In a full day of walking we make our way to Jhinu Dada (1720m) for a soak in the natural thermal springs. It is here that we spend our first night on trek.
Day 4: A short day begins with a steep climb up to Chhomrung followed by an equally steep decent to Kali Gandaki River for lunch. After a rest we resume trekking up to an altitude of 2520m where we will spend the night in Khudi.
Day 5: Today some of us may start to feel the altitude as we climb up to an altitude of 3160m and the trekker’s hut of Hinko.
Day 6: Today we enter the magnificent Annapurna Sanctuary and spend the night at Machh apuchhre Base Camp. Here we will gaze upon the spectacularly sacred Mt Machh apuchhre (The Fish Tail).
Day 7: A short trek to Annapurna Base Camp at 4095m the high point of our trip.
Day 8:A sleep in this morning and an easy stroll down to Machh apuchhre Base Camp.
Day 9: Back down the valley to Jhinu Dada for another dip in the hot springs and the last night in the Modi Khola Valley before heading back to Pokhara.
Day 10:An early start as we make our way to Nayapool for the tour bus back to Pokhara where we spend our last night of the trip.
Day 11: Take the tourist bus back to Kathmandu where we say good bye
